Chanukas Habayis and SAVOR 2024 Highlights

It started with just 7 students

Yeshiva Day School of Las Vegas is building. What began in 2007 as a budding school with 7 students has blossomed into a community of more than 400 families irrigating an educational oasis flowering with 270 students. We are believers, the children of believers. We believe that when we do what we can we can do anything. We believe that together, with your partnership and heaven’s blessings, we can turn the desert into a land flowing with milk and honey—the nurturing milk of our eternal legacy and the honey sweetness of our Torah.

BLV stands for Build Las Vegas. Building Las Vegas stands for believing in the possible. As one person with one heart, today we journey into the bright and brilliant sunshine of our future.

Believe big.

Blossom bright.

Build brilliant.

Bold beyond.

Our journey, the journey of the Jewish people, began by believing in a sublime vision and dedicating our lives to realizing its divine potential.

It began 3336 years ago in the desert. Today, in the desert, it blooms.

Building Las Vegas

Families seeking an affordable, vibrant community move to Las Vegas from as far as the East Coast, nearby Los Angeles and Chicago in the midwest. They come because Las Vegas is a thriving community, with a Mesivta, Bais Medrash and other Jewish educational institutions, as well as a Kollel, a number of shuls, mikvaos, and eiruvin, and 10 kosher restaurants.

The growth has been incredible.
